Before applying please have the following documents ready to upload:
- Letter of recommendation (PDF) from at least one teacher
- Letter of recommendation (PDF) from at least one student
- Letter of recommendation (PDF) from at least one administrator
- Resume, or curriculum vitae (PDF)
- A three- to five – minute video (MP-4)
- Any supporting statements (PDF), photos (jpegs), or other documentation (PDF)
Once you have all of the required documents, please visit the website at www.teacheradvocacy.org
Click on the “How to apply” button. Then click on “Application form.”
Fill out the application form, leaving no blanks.
Answer the eligibility questions and hit next.
If you meet all eligibility requirements you will be directed to fill out the application and submit the required documentation.
If you do not meet our eligibility requirements at this time you will not be allowed to proceed.
Once you have uploaded all the documentation, you will be prompted to submit your application.
Winners will be notified in October.
